    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept most major credit cards and accounts registered to Paypal and Apple Pay. We are working on accepting alternative payment methods in the near future.

     

    What is my size?

    Click "Sizes" on any product page to view our size chart. Please also reference the fit tips and model stats on each page. If you need any help, please email us at info@lamathelab.com.

     

    I'd love some advice on how to style the pieces. Can you help?

    Of course! If you have any questions on any garment or fit or how to style it, we are available for you. You can contact us in info@lamathelab.com.

     

    The piece I want is sold out, is there anything I can do?

    Our collections are timeless; that is, they don't follow the fashion industry's calendar. We try to keep our classic in stock all year round. If the garment in question is sold out, please send us an email info@lamathelab.comand inquire when it is restocked. For our seasonal items, we cannot guarantee they will be restocked. Visit the product page and select the option "Notify me when back in-store" to keep track.

     

    Can I cancel or modify my order?

    Please email us at info@lamathelab.com as soon as possible. If your order has yet to be processed, we can still cancel your order or edit the shipping details. Please note that we cannot cancel or change sizes, or add or remove pieces once an order has been placed. Please note cancellations for any full-price or sale purchases are prohibited during any sale period. This restriction is also listed at checkout during sale times.

     

    How do I track my order?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking link in the email that you provided us. If you are unable to locate this email or believe you have yet to receive your shipping confirmation, please email us at info@lamathelab.com.

     

    Can I return or exchange my garment?

    Please email us at info@lamathelab.com to initiate a return or exchange process within 15 days of receiving your package. Returns and exchanges only apply for unworn and unwashed merchandise.

    What does "oversized" mean?

    Many of our styles are intended to fit a little more oversized. If this affects the sizing of a product, we will specify it in the "Fit and measurements" section. Otherwise, we encourage you to take your usual size and experiment with styling tips (layering, tucking or folding). Please email us at info@lamathelab.com for fit or styling recommendations.
