    Orders are processed on the next business day, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day. All orders are processed from Orio, Gipuzkoa. When the order is completed you will receive an order confirmation email. We will then proceed to send it, and then you will receive a shipping confirmation email.


    Do you ship internationally?

    We make international shipments. All you have to bear in mind is we do not cover any non-customs related local taxes.

    How can I track my order?

    When your order is sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you access your account on our website, you will be able to check the status of your order.


    How much do I pay for the shipping costs?

    When you’re finalizing the purchase, we’ll give you the choice of the urgency with which you want to receive your order and the cost associated with each option depending on the area you’re in.

    **If you live in Gipuzkoa, near Orio, you can always pick up your order and avoid shipping costs. And so you'll reduce the negative impact of your package shipment. :)



    How can I return or refund my Lama The Lab garment?

    We regret that you have to return or change your garment.Returns to Lama The Lab are always free and the return period is 15 days from the date of the shipment confirmation. *

    The garments must be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, with intact labels, without repairs and with the corresponding purchase receipt). The wrapper and box must be the original and must be in perfect condition.**

    * Such requests will not be accepted after 14 calendar days from the order date.

    **If the above requirements are not met, a penalty of 5€ will be deducted from your balance.

    To proceed with the change or return, please contact us via email info@lamathelab.com. Once the return request is approved, you will need to download and fill out the return/change request form that you can download from the website or using the following link.

    You must print the form, mark the reason for the return/change and the information requested in it, enter it in the same package as the article and send it to the address marked in it.

    Es muy importante que no nos mandes ningún articulo de vuelta sin haber avisado de ello por mail. Estas devoluciones no serán atendidas.

    Desafortunadamente, si tu país no está incluido en la lista de países aptos para “DEVOLUCIONES GRATUITAS”, deberás cubrir los gastos asociados a la devolución, incluso si deseas cambiar el producto. Los gastos a pagar incluyen el envío y los impuestos.


    When will I get the refund?

    After we process the returned product and verify that it meets the criteria defined in our return policy, we will proceed with the refund of your order. You will only get the price of the returned item.

    If the refund is approved, the refund is automatically processed according to your payment method. Once the procedure is completed, you will receive an email confirming the refund.

    Reimbursements are usually processed within the week following receipt of returned items.
